SORAVIA understands project development as a holistic process that includes the entire life cycle of a property - from the user-oriented development and realisation of a property to its sustainable management. The overriding premise: A project only becomes a SORAVIA project when a precisely planned, constructed and managed property becomes a living space for many.

As a result, the Group successfully develops real estate projects continuously fulfilling all sustainability requirements along its value chain: in ecological, social and economic terms.

Thus are not only their properties full of people feeling at ease, so are the Annual Report and the Sustainability Report 2021.
